It is no possible for a foreigner to buy property in Phuket but they can take properties on lease or buy it through other people.

It is possible for live in Phuket comfortably at 30,000 Baht per month and if you have 60,000 baht to 100,000 baht to spare you can have the greatest time of your life here. If you bring your children to Phuket it can be very expensive. The international schools in Phuket charge huge amount of fees.
